How much do you charge for your services?

As most projects are of a varied nature, there is no strict pricing structure, though the following factors will effect our service fee:

• Our availability
• The delivery schedule
• Contract terms and conditions

We charge a flat fee per asset which both parties will agree to in advance.

Do you offer any discounts?

For large scale projects we offer discounts based on the quantity of services or assets required. We also actively encourage the growth of Independent Developers and consequently offer discounts for projects of this nature.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you require any Contracts ?

Yes. We have our own contract which details the projects terms and conditions, delivery schedule, and agreed prices.

Work will not commence until we receive a signed contract along with the deposit payment.

We will mail a counter signed copy for client records.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes.

• 100% deposit for projects less than $1000.
• 50% deposit for projects less than $20,000.

What do you require from us to start working on an estimate?

We require a comprehensive listing of all the assets or services you would like us to provide an estimate for, and a ballpark delivery date - this will be adequate for us to provide you with our initial estimate of the project cost.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you require concept art to build models from?

Yes. We will only produce 3D environment models based on a clear piece of concept art, and 3D character models based on a clear model sheet, this is to eliminate as much of the 'guesswork' element as possible, which can result in extension of deadlines and extra costs to the client for each revision.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do you handle revisions?

We provide frequent progress updates for each asset through-out the delivery schedule. This ensures that any significant revisions are kept to a minimum.

However, revisions fall into two categories: Major revisions and minor revisions.

We understand that all projects are subject to a certain element of surprise, we therefore only treat all major revisions or more than 3 minor revisions as grounds for charging.

Revision prices will be charged on an hourly basis by negotiated agreement.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How much creative control do you need?

As little or as much as our clients would like to provide us with.
We will however, as a part of our service to clients, always draw upon our experience and provide suggestions to improve workflow, or to eliminate any unforeseen gray areas in subsequent procedures that occasionally pop up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you work for royalties or other methods of deferred payment?
